THE STAMINA OF UTOPIA

Ongoing movement and improvisation collaboration with dancer, performer, and bodywork educator, Hana van der Kolk. Taking its name from a line in Bernadette Mayer’s classic, Utopia, the performance – which began in 2021 Hana dancing and me on drums but has morphed into both of us dancing and singing– takes place in real life or remotely via psychic communication as conditions allow.
